Time: 5 minutes for the dough + 1 ½ hours rising + 20 minutes cooking time
Difficulty: easy

Ingredients: Execution:
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender: 4 minutes at speed Spiga.
  2. Place the dough to rise for at least 1 hour.
  3. Once you make the first rising roll out the dough on a baking sheet greased with oil.
  4. Let rise another 30 minutes.
  5. Brush over with an emulsion of oil, water and salt, bake at 200° for 20 minutes not aired.
